Terrific a cappella show

Straight No Chaser put on a brilliant show, with amazing a cappella arrangements of popular music and holiday tunes, well-executed choreography and a deceptively simple stage design and great lighting used to maximum effect. The singers were personable and energetic (even at the end of a long tour!) and made it an incredibly fun experience. The sound was balanced well, and it was nice to leave a concert feeling like you’d gotten your money’s worth as far as ear-candy, but not deafened! McCaw Hall seemed an ideal venue for the show as well, with seats generally close enough to see the performers and few acoustical dead spots. We plan to attend again if they return to our area!
